William Scott Bullard
is a resident of Oxford, Mississippi. He has been writing short stories for several years and is presently editing his first novel, Chicahouchee Creek. He teaches vocational skills at the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services and volunteers his spare time with the Lafayette County Literacy Council.
